Pipe Lining, Pipe Bursting & Camera Inspection

Every trenchless job starts with a high-resolution sewer camera inspection. We run the camera through your line to identify exactly where the damage is, what caused it, and how extensive it is. That information determines which repair method fits your pipe and keeps us from recommending work you don’t need.

Pipe Lining (CIPP)

Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, works well for pipes with cracks, root infiltration, or minor deterioration where the pipe still holds its basic shape. We insert a resin-saturated liner through a small access point, press it against the interior pipe wall, and allow it to cure in place, sealing cracks and restoring flow. The result is a smooth, continuous inner pipe that’s intended to resist root intrusion and corrosion for decades.

Pipe Bursting

When a pipe is too damaged or collapsed to accept a liner, pipe bursting is the trenchless alternative. A bursting head is pulled through the old pipe, fracturing it outward into the surrounding soil while simultaneously pulling a new pipe into position. Like pipe lining, it requires only small access points rather than a full trench.

When Trenchless Isn’t the Right Call

Some pipes are crushed, severely misaligned, or deteriorated beyond what either trenchless method can address. Because we carry full excavation equipment, we can move directly to traditional open-trench replacement without the property owner needing to bring in a second contractor.
